Not far from the sea, quiet place. Private garage. Everything for stay you find in the flat. Very good bed( for us) .

Luis contacted me via Whatsapp before arrival and since the apartment wasn't occupied the day before our arrival, he made sure that is was clean and ready for us upon arrival at 11 am. The contactless entry worked as described and was very convenient. When we entered the apartment, we were surprised by the space in the apartment. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly. The view from the terrace is really amazing as you can see both the seaside of La Mata and the salt lakes. The bed is very comfortable with an excellent air-fan on the ceiling to keep us cool all night. Bathroom was very clean and comfortable. As it was very hot during our visit, the airco and communal pool were very welcome for us. Also the bag of ice-cubes that Luis left in the freezer came in very handy.
