We were a late arrival and simple to follow information was given for accessing the property and accessing the locked box to retrieve our key. We got an uber from the airport which came for us in 5 minutes and was less than 15 minutes to drop off. It was easy to walk the few minutes to find the property using google maps. We found a taxi rank round the corner for our return trip. Over our week, any questions we had were answered quickly through the app or in person. Staff were very friendly and approachable. The room had enough places to put away all our belongings and still use the terrace seating and the indoor seating.Beds were comfortable. Although the kitchenette was quite small, there was enough equipment to prepare small meals, snacks and drinks with a good sized fridge. The room was very clean on arrival and housekeeping was available most days, if required. The shower room was not massive but the shower pressure and temperature was great. The rooms with the sea view looked lovely but we enjoyed people watching from our terrace overlooking the pedestrian streets and restaurants and got the last of the sun in the evening. The sound proofing was good too, once we shut the door to the balcony. The location was great. It feels much nicer with no cars and the 2 and 3 storey buildings in this area rather than the tower blocks and hotels further down the beach. The beach is very close with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants and you can walk the promenade in either direction 20 minutes to the bigger towns. We would return.

The location is incredible, right on Carihuela beach: you can roll out of bed and land in a tapas bar / restaurant / beach chair. We were so happy we paid a bit extra for the seaview room: the view from the balcony was incredible, and we could very gently hear the waves coming in and out every night. The beds were comfy, the host was friendly, great value for money.
