“Don't expect the Ritz but good value”

Surprised as we normally stay at 2 different hotels when available a couple times a year. But of a hike to town....and uphill! But a reasonable stroll to beach so a good compromise. Hotel good, some staff could have attended the customer service course rather than the customer prevention course. Felt a little like interfering with there socialising with their colleagues rather than trying to help guests. Food offering was basic but, we only ever use the all inclusive as a safety net so not to much of an issue as we got a great price. Would definitely stay again.

As someone with celiac disease needing gluten free food, the metre Daniel was amazing. Always bringing safe food from the buffet, and making sure I was happy, and had enough to eat. Would recomend to anyone with allergies or eating difficulties

Very welcoming and exceptionally clean . The staff were friendly and helpful. Such a quiet hotel at nightime so slept really well. Looking to return next month.
