Our 2nd stay here. Great mid-way stop from north to south plus in wonderful National Park with vultures nesting in the cliffs over the river.

By far, this is the best location to stay when visiting Monfrague. Staff very helpful, particularly during the national power outage, when they incredibly managed to provide a hot 3 course meal to all visitors, even when it was dark.

Clean and comfortable room, in a modern hotel and location perfect for our travels. Evening meal was of very good quality. Buffet breakfast was busy, but a bit of patience saw us through. Would return and recommend.

The location is so good, closest to the park you can’t really get, but that’s the only + thing. Its like Checking in in an old James Bond movie hotel from the 70s which is quite funny to experience, but that also makes it really outdated.
