Very convenient for the airport. Parking had to be paid but was underground and easily accessible. Nice rooms. Clean.

Location was good for my purpose of attending the convention in Ajalvir. the rooms were comfortable, although I found the bed a little too soft for my taste. the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool was ok, but a little small for the high number of guests using it.

Breakfast is OK, as I don't eat that much, so sufficient for me. Room, first I received a 4 bedroom very narrow and difficult to work on the desk as there was no sufficient space to put the chair to the desk. This was immediately solved, after having requested a room where I can work on the desk which was much important. So the replacement of another room was OK and meet my requests.

Clean rooms and bathroom. Loved the swimming pool and was impressed there was a lifeguard. Bright reception area with good café bar and seats available inside and out. Food was really good in the evening and there was food (snacks and drinks) available to buy to take to your room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy access to airport and 24 hour reception.
