Maya “Terrific view - lovely garden, cosy house with some (minor) compromise”

Villa Rosa is not exactly a villa; it is more like one item of a row house, which means you have neighbors right next to you. But you have a truly lovely small private garden with an outdoor grill and even a small jacuzzi so that you can enjoy the spectacular beauty of the bay below and the hills surrounding you. Its location is fantastic, even though you must have a car - to reach almost anything. The store and fish shop are just a 5-6 minutes drive away, where you can find excellent quality fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, bread, and vine. You can get to the nearest beach on a very steep step in 2-3 minutes on foot, and climb back in about 3-4 minutes, which is a nice exercise, so leave your car in front of the house and enjoy some walk. The house itself is lovely and large enough for 5-6 people with quite nice and interesting arrangement of rooms, even though it is somewhat shabby: there is fustiness in the air, the beds are terribly creaking, towels are overused and got dark - even if they were freshly washed. There are certain things to improve, yet I can recommend you to stay there, because overall is a perfect place to enjoy the island's peace and beauty with its perfect view -even from the kitchen!!!!, lovely terrace, cosy feeling. We loved it very much with its inconveniences.
