Great location if you are looking for astonishing view and quiet place. In case you want to visit bars/restaurants and you want to walk on a crowded promenade, this is not a place for you. But if you are looking for romantic sunsets from your terrace without being disturbed by never ending party noise, this is the place (and location for you)! Oh and the host Ferdinando is very friendly and helpful person. Thank you!

Location was very quiet and the view of the sea from the terrace was wonderful, lovely dark sky at night and very little noise; bird song and the sea the only sounds. The private parking led you down to the property through well kept terraced gardens. You have to drive over a rough unmade road to the property, but if you book to stay here you are looking for peace and quiet, not restaurants and all amenities on the doorstep. The washing machine and an airer for drying clothes is a bonus. A car is a necessity!

1. The view from the terrace no.4 was amazing. 2. Paola was a very helpful host. She even lent us a beach umbrella after ours was crushed by the wind. 3. Access to the huge, spacious, and empty beach Spiaggia di Pistis.
