Our room was with a golf course view so it was quiet, we enjoyes wathcing stars from a balcony. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful giving many great advises what to see on Great ocean road. Free parking availiable. Beach in a walking distance.

The staff were amazing - welcoming and friendly. It was obvious they wanted visitors to enjoy their experience. The food at Shirley’s was fantastic and breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.

The Sands is an exceptionally warm welcoming environment. There really is no need to leave the facility if you don't want to as The Sands provides it all. The short walk to the beach is an added bonus. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Check-in was very quick and easy. Staff was wonderful. We forgot some medication and Denise put it in the refrigerator and messaged us right away to arrange for pick up. Room was clean and spacious with a wonderful view.
