Hotel was very welcoming and friendly.Staff very professional,and helpful.Our room was clean and spacious,the,bed was comfortable,we had a view over the bay,which was lovely,and not expected,considering our short notice booking.General facilities of the hotel included a Spa,which we didn't use,a lovely Breakfast/Dining room,and separate bar and entertainment area,with a live show every evening.Guests were a mix of mainly older people,with many returning guests,which says a lot for the quality of the place.

Location was great, building seems to be "recently refurbished" but it doesn't match with rooms expectations (very old style) The value for money is ok and it matches the rooms but I honestly think that the Property could really aim to higher standards.

Family room size was very good and staff very welcoming. Travel cot provided which was good but sheet didn’t actually fit (despite me checking in advance). The view was lovely and so was the grounds and the bar area was very light and airy

Lovely comfortable room with direct garden access friendly helpful staff great scenic views & walks nearby great spa wellness facilities, didn't choose any food options so can't score that
