James is an excellent host. He knew we would be late and so left lights on for us and ensured that we could get in. The flat is spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. There is helpful information for dog walks and thoughtful touches for the dog. The real bonus are the views from the flat and garden of the bays. It’s quiet and secluded but only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Torquay. There is a good local co-op and pub within a 15 minute walk.
