Excellent house and facilities Not really accessible like it says as lounge furniture not arranged correctly for access 😒other than that fantastic house and well equipped for a family stay

We were a group of five so it was fantastic to have a bedroom each (four huge doubles - three en suite - and a bunk room). Four bathrooms also made a huge difference to our the speed and convenience of getting ready and getting out each day. The house is huge and fabulously decorated with shabby chic styling and over the top glamorous finishing touches. Easily the best accommodation we have had anywhere on the South West Coast Path. Easy location to walk down the hill into town for pubs, bars and restaurants. On street parking nearby was easier than I expected.

The beds were very comfortable . The bedding was a good quality. The livingroom was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were very clean and plenty of them for a large group. Parking was free and the property is well placed for seafront.
