The breakfast was amazing! We pre ordered the night before and everything was cooked to perfection, fresh and so much options available. Pete and Tracey were amazing from the moment we booked! they communicated with me every step of the way until we checked in. Honestly the best B & B I've stayed in

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Perfect location for surrounding area, walking and public transport. Tracey and Pete were the perfect hosts. This B & B has beautiful kerb appeal, the small front garden was really beautiful and a lovely place to sit.

Beautiful B&B, rooms were lovely and so we're the hosts Tracey and Dan.The rooms and hotel were decorated beautifully throughout, absolutely amazing.Spotlessly clean and great location.The breakfast was great all freshly cooked.Would highly recommend staying at Sandway House,we will definitely be back
