Location is great, right on the sea front. Host met us to give us keys and introduced himself. Lives on site so if any problems he's there. We had no problems. Ample parking. Was very clean & tidy

Location, view of the sea, ground floor studio apartment. All items included were beneficial for our stay. It was cleanish! Sized for 2 people. Free parking out the front. Close to harbour, sea, and town!

The sea view is exceptional, and the proximity to Paignton Harbour, Goodrington sands, etc. Parking is great. The bed and armchairs are comfortable. Had all cooking utensils needed. We watched the sunrise every morning either from the bed, dining table, or on our lovely early morning walk. The bus station is a short walk away where you can get the bus to Brixham and all stops on the route including Goodrington and Broadsands. Also the other direction to Torquay as far as Dawlish. Cockington country park is a short bus ride to Torre Abbey sands and a beautiful stroll up stream through a woodland walk . Simon who met us was fantastic and allowed us to check-in early which added to our lovely holiday here.
