Everything was perfect. I am a grumpy Yorkshireman and very hard to please. I and my better half loved the fact it is a spotless, exceptionally well run and happy place to stay with an excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was exceptional, Jonathan really went above and beyond for us. We arrived early but our room was ready so we were able to drop our bags off this time and the next morning Jonathan was happy for us to leave our bags until we finished at the local spa nearby.

Hosts were very kind and welcoming, made us feel at home. Location was perfect. 5 minute walk from the beachfront and 10 minutes from the harbour. Bars, restaurants, cafes and shops all along the seafront and harbour. Breakfast was lovely. Anything from a full English breakfast to pastry’s, cereals etc. We would highly recommend for 1/2 nights. Great value for money!

The standard of rooms are exceptional for the price range. A well stocked mini bar in our room at more than reasonable prices and the service from entering to checking out was thoroughly professional and friendly

The place is stunning for an old character building, parking around the location before May is easy as you can park on some of the double yellow lines, just read the signs! Room was superb and the breakfast and service is outstanding, we will be back for warmer months
