Friendly welcoming hosts, the bed was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable with a fantastic sea view and spotlessly clean. All the required facilities were there, and the breakfast was 5*

The property was still under refurbishment and the owners were under the impression that they had cancelled our booking with Booking.com. Even although we arrived ‘unexpectedly’ the owners could not have been more accommodating. They gave a a beautiful sea view room which was completed and was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness and I am sure when your Boutique B&B does open for business you will do brilliantly.

Breakfast was excellent on all three days we stayed. Location was great and we had a balcony view over Lyme Bay.

Would like to have had a breakfast,but wasn’t an option,luckily found a place nearby that did an amazing one!
