The service was faultless and the room was very well appointed with everything you might need. Breakfast was superb and the choice was excellent. Having a ceiling fan proved to be a godsend.

Our room was a great big size, nice decor, comfy and clean with nice views. Great facilities with herbal teas etc. The owners are lovely and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Parked easily at the front. Would totally recommend.

Friendly owner, very personal and helpful. Clean and well presented rooms. No problem with parking. Up a hill so if you are infirm you will need a car.

Our hosts made us very welcome. The cups of tea after a long journey, was a nice touch, very welcome and gave us a chance to chat to Ian, the owner. My wife needed a room on the ground floor and we were grateful and surprised to get an instant upgrade!!. Ian couldn't do enough for us. Cold water and fresh milk for tea, along with tea and coffee in the room. The rooms are large with en suite bathroom. The breakfast is varied, with daily specials, unheard of on our travels around Europe and here at home. I thought honesty bars were a thing of the past, however, the restaurant/lounge area had a good selection of drinks to choose from on this basis. . We will be back in September, and would recommend this gem on the South of England riviera.
