Bright, airy and spacious double room with a nice size walk in shower and seating area within the bay window, Free Wifi good size Flat-screen TV with built in Dvd player, complimentary beverage tray.

These rooms are situated on the first floor. 2 rooms are located at the rear of the building and 1 room at the front of the building. A flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player, en-suite shower and tea/coffee making facilities are provided.

Executive Double or Twin Room - enter dates to see room photos

This lovely spacious room is situated on the second floor with either a Super King sized bed or can also be a Twin. There are tea/coffee facilities in this room as well as a good size flat screen TV with built in DVD player. This room also benefits from a shower en-suite and a separate seating area. Please note that this room can accommodate up to 4 guests, either 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. The fourth bed is only suitable for a child up to the age of 12.

This spacious room is situated on the second floor. Within this room there is a double bed and seating area, Tea/Coffee making facilities as well as a good size flat screen TV with built in DVD player. This room also benefits from an En-Suite shower room.

The location was quite accessable (once we had worked out where it was). It was within an easy walk to the cafes and restaurants, and beachside walk. Parking at the property was a real bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Teresa and Mark were great hosts with lots of local knowledge.

The breakfast was excellent food cooked to a high standard and hot comfort cleanliness in room and bathroom where perfect Teresa and mark made us feel like being at home nothing to much trouble nice complimentary tray good idea they use with the milk would highly recommend this place close to train station and all attractions

it was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, despite being in a town once inside you felt cocooned it was so calm. Rules were few but clearly stated that guests considered each other in terms of using the property and whether they were early or later risers. We didn’t hear the comings and goings of any other guests during our stay. Breakfast was superb, served in a lovely room by a smiling and helpful landlady. Transport links are very easy, so much so we didn’t use the car all week, saving on parking fees. The number 12 bus - a five minute walk takes you into town and as far as Paignton and Brixham. From Paignton you can go further afield- we went as far as Plymouth @ £2 per journey. The steam railway is a must do.

It was a fabulous stay at the Cranmore B & B, Teresa & Mark could not do enough for you, even the slightest issue of which there was only 1 or 2 from memory was quickly and efficiently sorted... It was a fantatastic breakfast with many options and the hot options cooked to perfection. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable, Location just right, in all you cant fault this place, we have stayed in many hotels and B & B's, this is the best we have stayed at and would not hesitate to return or recommend...
