It was set in a beautiful location, really quiet. It has everything you could possibly need and is immaculately clean and comfortable. Perfect for couples and a small dog, our dog enjoyed the beautiful walks. The hosts Steve and Tui were very friendly and approachable. They have a good knowledge of the local area, and told us about attractions we could visit during our stay. We hope to return again very soon and would like to thank Steve and Tui for making us feel so welcome.

Everything upon arrival was expectional good 👍 straight forward instructions of the location and how to gain access to the property . Smooth sailing 🙂 . The property itself was spotless .. clean throughout and everything u need to make your stay comfortable. Dog friendly as well ..and in a great location to babbacombe and into torquay and Paignton and surrounding areas .. Very good .. Will definitely be back x
