Brilliant place, decor is really unique, cosy and spacious. Was overwhelmed how lovely this place was upon entering and at a great price. Booked at short notice due to family hiccups, the host went out of his way to be helpful with booking and travel from coach station, thank you Marc. Facilities are good all there as needed with good kitchen utilities and the property was very clean. Perfect location for the marina and few minutes walk to town. Host also provided details for local places of interest and public transport. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to next time.

The cottage is really lovely- well equipped and very cosy. It’s in a great location- a short walk down to the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. Although there is no parking on site, the car park we used (and was paid for by the owner) is just around the corner a very short walk away.

Fantastic location with great car park up the road. We were a little worried as the cottage doesn't have its own space. But with the permit provided for all car parks in torquay and a very safe one with cameras in meadfoot car park just 2 minutes away we couldn't of asked for more.
