Breakfast is served between 08:30 - 09:15.Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.Please note that pets can only be accommodated in some rooms.Your room will be available for check in between 2. 00p.m and 5.00p.m. If you will be arriving after 5.00p.m. please call us to discuss, we may be able to arrange later access, however, this is not guaranteed and is only by prior arrangement. As our B&B is personally run, we are not always on site and may be out if you have not let us know your arrival time. Any check in after 10pm (if available) will be subject to a late check in fee of £10 per room.
Please check out by 10.30a.m. on your day of departure. If you require a late check out until 1pm, we can offer this (subject to availability) for a supplement of £20.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is very good, it’s very close to the seafront and the Harbour, close to the city centre and Paula and Jeff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean, I would recommend staying there and definitely will go back there next summer.

We liked all: good location,very tidy and clean room,comfy bed,friendly owners Paula and Jeff. We didn't have breakfast on the place ,but the canteen room looks lovely.
