We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Big4 Ingenia Holidays Torquay! The team was incredibly accommodating, they allowed us to check in early and even check out late. In fact, they went above and beyond by sending a text message to all guests offering late check-outs due to bad weather. Such a thoughtful gesture and truly amazing customer service! The entire site was spotless and so well maintained. We also noticed how friendly all the guests were, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Our kids had the best time, the park felt very safe, child-friendly, and full of fun. Highly recommend this holiday park for families looking for a clean, safe, and friendly place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ingenia Torquay, room was exactly like the photos provided at booking. The staff were friendly upon check in and check out; the park was well maintained and throughout our stay we saw workers maintaining and upkeeping the gardens. The room was equipped with a hot plate and microwave as well as kitchen utensils to serve for our stay. The Holiday Park was in perfect location minutes away from restaurants, shops and the beach. The Park had many facilities including a pool, games room, mini golf, sporting facilities, cinema room and games room. This is the perfect stay for families with children or those adults who are kids at heart.

Everything it was clean heaps for the kids to do! Close to everything. Room was good had everything you needed.
