Thank you for your Hospitality Mrs Melanie! I stayed there with my daughter during the holidays. The house was meticuloisly clean, the furniture style classic, very warm when outside was freezing blizzards.

Stayed for the location proximity to York Uni. Bed was comfortable. Also very clean. Hosts were generous with the communal tea facilities with bread, cakes and fresh fruit every day.

The place was extremely close to Yirk university which was d biggest bonus fir me. Also easily access bus available from just outside the property. Centrally located and very safe . Melanie was extremely courteous and made sure things were in place. 2 incidents I wish to highlight: once there was a glitch with the hot water in the washrooms and she made sure she took care of it and got it fixed as soon as possible. In d meanwhile she made arrangements fir hot water for bathing for the guests . Tht was very kind of her. On another instance she went out of her way to make breakfast for me one morning and tht was d kindest gesture.
