It's strategically positioned next to the kensington market and within walking distance from downtown It is basically a student residence with simple room and shared bathroom You get what you pay

Location, value for money, everything very clean, staff welcoming and friendly. Could make myself morning coffee as there is a kettle in the common room (need your own cup)

Quiet. Reasonable price. Very convenient Transport connections to the rest of the city. The tram - streetcar stops very close by.
