This property is in a perfect location. Right in the heart of Toronto - perfect walkable access to nearly all sites aswell as being across the road from Union Station where there’s numerous transport links even out with Toronto city centre (we got the FLIX bus from here to Niagara Falls & also used the UP train back and forth to the airports). The staff were also super friendly and happy to help. The coffee & matcha from the cafe at reception was amazing also! The reviews about the rooms being small are accurate but they are clean and well facilitated (Water fountains on every floor, large TVs, fridges etc) which was most important to us as this was mainly a trip for us to see Toronto and its sites! It’s definitely perfect hotel if you’re looking for a city break room rather than a luxury break where you will be spending majority of your time in the room… Would definitely return and recommend!
