They helped us get a room when booking fail to contact them but booking provided a confirmation number. This was 3am and following many flight cancellations. All rooms in the city were full. While my wife and called around the manager at the Westin received a cancellation and luckily enough, for us, he and the chech in person had kept trying to help us. Very nice folks and saved our night.

My room was too hot so they helped move me to a room with a window. Very nice of them. The food was excellent and well priced . The staff men and women alike were kind and sweet . Good people . I suspect the place is managed well.
