Great location. Staff are friendly, welcoming and hard working to ensure that this place runs as smoothly as possible. I'd like to thank Sammy at reception for all her help at reception. The room was a good size for the 2 of us and was situated next to the shower & toilet which were both kept clean throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Public transport was easily accessible with a tram stop nearby.

Staff were nice, especially the young woman Sammy. Convenient to all amenities such as Supermarkets, A Park and a Tram stop. Washrooms and the kitchen was quite clean.

It is well-equipped, clean, situated close to downtown and to waterfront. It has a homey feel with its assortment of furnishings and dishes, etc.
