Located right in the heart of the city, the hotel made an exceptional impression. The staff is highly professional and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist guests. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and comfortable, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, and delicious, adding a wonderful touch to the overall stay. Without hesitation my rating is 10 out of 10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and comfort in the very center of the city!

Perfect location for main historic and points of interest in Toronto - walk distance of everything and main Union Station. Queens bed very confortable and lots of pillows. Very good breakfast.

The staff, room and breakfast was amazing. The hotel facilites were good overall and the location was reasonable.

Great location, within easy walking distance from the train station and tourist attractions. Room was spacious, clean and in very good condition. Gym and pool were a nice bonus, neither was busy.
