The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There's no cable. We've provided a Roku for streaming. The rooftop pool, terrace, and game room are for residents only. You will have access to the 24/7 fitness center. Paid parking ($35/night) is non-refundable and valid from check-in to check-out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at these facilities.
You may hear noise from hallway renovations on each floor. We apologize for the inconvenience. Earplugs are available upon request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The apartment is above a good supermarket and a drug store. Got everything we need for preparing food in the apartment. There are several eateries around the area too. There is a streetcar stop outside the apartment which gets us downtown. The unit is well supplied with sufficient amenities including extra trash bags so we didn't have to contact them for extras. There is a washing machine and a separate dryer in the room which is very convenient. There is a high island table for 2 with sufficient space for dining and work. There is no front desk as the Sonder apartments are within a residential building. But talking to the staff is easy with the Sonder app and their response time is fast, within 30 mins. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay. Thank you!

A lovely apartment in a convenient location. Easy to either walk or public transport into town. Comfortable bed, great for self catering and very handy having a washing machine when travelling for a couple of weeks.

This was our 3 stay with Sonder at this location. We loved this apartment the best. It was easier to walk to the main entrance. We enjoyed our stay.
