You do not cater for senior citizens with base shower instead of bath its difficult to get in and out of a bath the staff in the restaurant were excellent.

Clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a kettle in the room but we asked and they gave us one. Complementary robes and slipers in the room, it felt like home from home. It was very comfortable.

The hotel was very near the subway, which we used every day. It was very convenient. The housekeeping was really good and reliable. Rooms were really clean. The reception area felt a bit sterile and aside from when we checked in the staff made no effort to say good morning etc. We didn't use the bar/restaurant area as we were out every day. Rooms were a good size with plenty of space and storage. We were at the hotel for a week. The bathroom looked a little tired and the bathroom doors meant the bathroom wasn't very private.
