The cookies!!! They serve you warm cookies upon check in and you can go back and get as many as you want! They are so delicious! And the front desk staff Ryan, he’s so awesome and efficient! He’s the most efficient front desk staff I have ever met in all my trips!

They allowed us to check in early and gave us a room up on the 21st floor. It smelled like it had just been newly finished and everything was exceptionally clean. Front desk team was terrific at both check in and check out.

The rooms were large and comfortable The staff was extremely helpful and nice The hotel was comfortably located in the center, a walking distance from main attractions, and had a parking lot we could use

Clean and spacious hotel. In a great location in downtown Toronto. easy to get around on foot to all attractions. We met with a wonderful concierge, gentlemen, possibly 'Jing' was his name. Really helpful with trip suggestions, arranged a whole day trip to Niagara for us door to door. warm cookies on check in is a lovely touch and as everywhere in Toronto the staff were welcoming and polite.

The location of the hotel is right next to the town hall and many other facilities. Really excellent. I'm also happy with the room service and the professionality of the front desk.
