Located within a 7 minute walk of Dundas Square and the Subway, it was very easy to get around the city. The building is well managed and quiet. As with a lot of parts of Downtown, there were a few homeless people around the building but they were harmless and part of the fabric of a great area. It was great having a washing machine and dryer for our ten day stay. We were able to control the thermostat easily as the weather fluctuated a lot during our stay (between 13 and 28 degrees). If the weather is warm, it is a good idea to shut of the glass doors to the bedroom to keep the air cool as you sleep. Most defiantly is a cosy, well maintained apartment. The furniture in the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. That single bed is indeed in the kitchen dining area! The owner was great to deal with and answered any questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book again.
