Very tidy and clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good. Not far from bus stop for bus to Lake Garda. (You can walk to lake but it is down a steep road, about 30mins). A few good restaurants nearby for evening food. Private car park was <5 min walk, although you can stop closer to drop off luggage.

If every host was this dedicated to their job, there wouldn't be a rating lower than 10 on Booking.com. Kindness, cleanliness and service are at the highest level. Breakfast worthy of a 5* hotel.
