I stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The food was very tasty and of high quality. Service was excellent during Eid, but unfortunately declined afterwards, likely due to a lack of staff and interns. The pool area, including the children's pool, was very nice. A lovely touch: ice cream was always available by the pool. The shuttle bus drivers were consistently friendly and helpful. On a positive note, the cocktails at the 24-hour bar were good

This was by far the best all-inclusive resort I’ve experienced in Turkey, and it truly deserves a detailed review. Highlights: One of the standout aspects was the personalized service. We had what felt like a personal butler throughout our stay — the incredible Seray — who made our trip exceptional. She handled our check-in, escorted us to our room, and set up a WhatsApp group where she promptly took care of all our needs. Even when a minor issue arose, she arrived within minutes to resolve it. The efficiency and attentiveness were impressive. The resort itself is stunning and seems to have undergone recent renovations. The views are breathtaking, especially the sunsets, which were simply unforgettable. During our stay, the occupancy was low, so the service felt even more attentive, and the beaches and pools were uncrowded. With at least three beaches spread across the property, guests were well dispersed, adding to the sense of relaxation. Another pleasant surprise was the alcohol selection. The resort offered international brands rarely seen in Turkish all-inclusive packages — some were even surprising to find included. Above all, the service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member was friendly and eager to help. While not everyone spoke English fluently, they always did their best to assist. The entertainment was on a whole different level compared to typical all-inclusive resorts. Rather than cheap shows, they featured professional DJs, musicians, impressive lighting and sound systems, and talented dancers — a true highlight of the evenings.
