Food quality and variety were great. Turkish dishes were especially delicious. A la carte was highj quality and felt Family and adult Pool are clean and more than enough. The beach was nice. Everything was above average.

Hotel facilities, value for money, family friendly.. I was really happy when arriving and leaving. Manager Catherine very helpful and understanding. We were almost going to cancel due to misplaced passport and potentially couldn't travel. We messaged the hotel and Catherine responded understanding and willing to accommodate to cancel and move the dates (even after cancellation deadline expired) as they will work with us to accommodate if we share the supporting document. Eskin great manager at buffet every day big smile personal greetings checks on guests very proactive helpful Any issues room service maintenance were quick
