The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. In particular Hira who was always available and attentive. We got an upgrade on our second room so our neighbour, to whom we gifted the stay, could be close to us. We also got an extra late check out at an excellent rate because our flight home was really late. Hira arranged all this. She is a star.

The hotel had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nice. A special shout out to Hira who was so attentive and lovely our entire stay and she really made it special.

We just got back from Rixos and we loved it. The food was delicious, the staff were so professional and attentive. We would definitely come back again. We would like to give a special shoutout to Youssef at the Kids Club, he was so kind to my children, looked after them and did the activities with them. The kids were always excited to go back to the Kids Club because of Youssef. They were very sad to leave. Thank you so much to everyone. M Khouili
