Brilliant location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach (did have to cross a busy main road) with a cafe conveniently located at the end of the street. Great base for exploring the Mornington Peninsula. Unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, including a bottle of sparkling water, tea, coffee, etc. to get us started. My daughter loved the boardgames and the hammock in the backyard!

Host was fabulous. We accidentally locked key in house, she was very understanding, and met us the following morning. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Nicely renovated inside. Lovely, private outdoor area.
