I had a very nice fan room which was spacious and had a comfy bed, clean bathroom, and a balcony with an amazing view. The staff were very friendly and as I was checking out, one staff member even went out of his way to drive me via bike to the beach. It’s the furthest accomodation back in the village and requires a bit of a walk up several steps, but totally worth it for the price and the excellent view from the room. However, I did speak to another guest who booked the same room type at the desk when he arrived on Tonsai and only paid a third of the price I paid online - so just something to consider! All in all though, a lovely accommodation in a gorgeous spot.

Garden View at Tonsai was everything I wanted and more. I was looking for a quiet & peaceful place in the jungle for a few nights, and the mountain view room I stayed in was absolutely perfect with the most beautiful nature view I have ever seen. The staff were welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The staff emailed us upon booking, advising us to text them when getting off the boat at Tonsai beach, so they could send a driver to collect us and take us to the room. The spacious room was cleaned perfectly every day.
