Our second visit this year to this lovely hotel. We just so enjoy the whole experience. The staff are so welcoming. Our room upgrade was a lovely surprise, very comfy, luxury bathroom products, and a view of the castle. Breakfast offers so much choice, freshly prepared and replenished. Location means close to so much but in a quiet part of town. We are already planning our next visit for later in the autumn.

Firstly' we had arrived late within the evening' the young lady who was working that night was exceptionally professional and welcomed us with a warm greeting! After a very long drive this was fantastic especially after a long drive to Tomar from the UK. Breakfast was convenient for the first morning of a 8/9 night stay having a breakfast box due to an early working start! this was delicious considering that she had made this for us over a late evening which was ready as soon as we made our first working day. The days after the first' I had a hot breakfast every day over the rest of my stay' Hot breakfast was money well spent and the continental breakfast was way above average too, well done to the Management for have fantastic staff and a shout out to the cleaner who cleaned my room to a very high standard on a daily basis. I don't do this normally' but I was impressed with the whole operation and made a Tip to all who had helped me personally, ALL of the ladies at the desk area also helped me with local knowledge to aid with my personal business in maintaining my property which was within a local radius, without them I would have struggled SO A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO THE LOVELY LADIES AT THE DESK! I recommend, Future Guests to Tip the Ladies for their Kind Hearted Soul's in Helping their Guest's by Making their Stay a Lot More Easier Especially Mine. Many Thanks To You All, Once Again' I will Stay at Your Hotel Always! Best Regards, Philip Morris.

Great location in town. Very nice rooftop patio looking at the castle.
