Inexpensive, tolerable, making it a good deal. Lots of working folks like me staying here. Earlyornings early nights.

The staff is really nice and kind. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. It's in a good location.

They really tried to give me the least smelly room -- even though my choice was nonsmoking room, the odor in some rooms were smoke. Security was walking around at night, no vehical problems.

The rooms were well kept, very comfortable beds, all electrics worked, well lit room, shower was clean and effective. I would certainly look at this Hotel again when in the Phoenix area.
