Great room in a great location, definitely on the smaller side especially for 4 people, as was the bathroom, but the room was super clean and had great amenities and the host was really helpful!

This place was pretty well located but it is not a 12min walk to Shinjuku but more like a 25min walk. Hatsudai station is pretty close though. The place was clean and had everything needed, hair dryer, clothes steamer etc.

Great location to get around Tokyo. Host was very informative. Kept us up to date and gave clear instructions on how to get to the place. Always been in touch if needed. Room itself was great, small but compact, and had everything we might have needed. Overall I will definitely return to the place when I am in Japan.

The space is quite small but I think that is normal for Tokyo. The location is perfect, close to train station and very easy access to all tourist sights. The studio was clean and had all the facilities for cooking and eating in. The host was very friendly and responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will stay there again next time we are in Tokyo.
