Proximity to stores and eating mall. Facilities within the hotel were great, ie. laundry, cold drinks etc

This is a very nice luxurious hotel, perfectly situated next to the Ariake garden shopping centre. Short train ride to Gundam base, Unko museum and even Shinbashi. Breakfast was included and it's excellent.

The rooms are quite small when travelling with a family of 2 adults and 2 teens, but that was the same with most of the hotels we stayed in. Tge staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel is attached to a mall with good shopping and a lovely food hall. A very pleasant stay.
