Nice shower. Good location. Wifi. Refrigerator in the room. Free coffee and water. Bed was not too small.

Fairly close to Ueno station. Cute breakfast/coffee place next door.

We did enjoy the location, close to station and close enough to the Keisei skyliner. The staff were immensely helpful, we needed something delivered within Japan and they did everything except write on the delivery slip (we did pay, but was nice nonetheless).

Clean room and friendly staff. Rooms were small and hard to find room for our luggage but it was just for one night and hardly there so it was OK
