The location is excellent, very close to the Yurakucho line and only 1–2 stops away from major transfer points. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and despite being central, the area is quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful, and their English is good enough for easy communication. The room was clean and practical. Having coin-operated washing and drying machines in the hotel is convenient. There is also a smoking booth available for smokers.

Lovely and very helpful staff, really good breakfast, excellent location close to the metro, great little products to try (I became a fan of the Pola products. The food at the Japanese restaurant was very good. But then, Japanese food is the best! I can't wait to go back.
