I liked that they had extra pillows you could grab from the lobby. I usually sleep with two pillow so it was really nice to have this option. The toiletries in the lobby were great too.

The hotel location is within 5 to 7 minutes to Ueno station and Keisei Ueno station. The room is clean and comfy. The staff are polite and helpful. And they speak good English too.

The staff, location and amenities were all top notch. Even the free coffee/hot chocolate and coin laundry were much appreciated! We will stay at this hotel again and definitely in this area. So many options for food and shopping, and right near Ueno park. 10/10 experience!
