Please note that no housekeeping is offered for stays less than 6 nights. The property will change towels and rubbish bin.
In addition to that, housekeeping is offered once a week only for stays more than 7 nights.For guests staying 6 nights or less, simplified cleaning will be provided upon request. If you would like this, please apply "request cleaning" card in front of your room door. (Simplified cleaning includes collecting Face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash) For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be provided (collect towels. nightwear and trash, bed-making, clean inside the room, restock the room amenities). The room was very spacious and spotless, which made the stay comfortable. While the location isn’t the most convenient, the size and cleanliness of the room make it a great value for the price.

Many people told us that because the hotel is near Kabukicho it's gonna be some shady, noisy location. Don't listen to these people, the location is perfectly fine, in fact me and my partner forgot that we were near Kabukicho since not even once we needed to go through it while walking around that area to go to Shibuya or Shinjuku station, for example. There is a bus stop right in front that is really convenient to go to places that are not too far away, but still too long of a walk (like Shibuya). I think it was a lot more pleasant than having to go through the crowds in the subway stations. The room was clean and had everything we needed, price was very reasonable for the area, but I think we were lucky and got a good deal, because closer to the date the prices were a lot higher, so book it as early as possible.
