The fine print
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge.Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Very good position. Well refurbished and equipped. Very nice room with kitchenette and laundry/dryer. Very comfy bed. Extremely quite. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room and public area amenities. Washing machine and microwave were the extras we were willing to pay extra for. Free drinks like water, coffees and teas at the lobby made returning and leaving the hotel welcoming. Conveniently located near a metro station with an array of convenience stores as well as restaurants made the location incredible.

1) washing machine, microwave and cutleries in the room. Probably the best points about tokyu stay hotels. 2) spacious with relatively comfortable bed 3) staff can speak English 4) 5mins away from the nearest airport limousine spot (10mins if moving the luggage)
