The fine print
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge.Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Tokyo Stay Nishi Shinjuku was an excellent choice for my trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and always welcoming. Facilities throughout the building were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, cozy, and included a washing machine, which made traveling much easier. Clear English translations were available for all appliances and instructions, making everything simple to use. Its location near the train station meant quick access to the rest of the city. A beautiful nearby park provided a peaceful escape from the urban bustle. Overall, the convenience and comfort made for a fantastic stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The smart TVs are a nice touch which you might not find in other 3 star hotels.
