For guests staying 6 nights or less, simplified cleaning will be provided upon request. If you would like this, please apply the "request cleaning" card in front of your room door. Simplified cleaning includes collecting face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and rubbish. For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be provided to collect towels, nightwear, and rubbish; make the bed; clean inside the room; and restock the room amenities. You can also ask for the additional room cleaning with the additional fees. Please ask the front desk for further details.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

The staff are amazing and extremely friendly. Place was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the little breakfast bar which had a selection of things that we could take and reheat in our room. Coffee machine in the foyer that made nice coffee.

2nd time at Tokyu Stay hotels in Tokyo! Consistently offers a good stay, smooth check-in/ check out process. Room was spacious for Tokyo standards (I also love how cleverly the hotel maximises its space!) and amenities were more than adequate (also with excellent refa hair dryer)! The location of this nihonbashi branch felt a little under-lit and quiet at night (granted it was close to midnight), but the area still felt very safe otherwise (no issues at all during the daytime). I got on/off the trains at Kanda station for most part and loved that the hotel is within walking distance of the station (approx 10mins). Overall, consistently excellent stay by the Tokyu Stay company; I do look forward to future stays when I'm next in Tokyo! I would like to compliment the staff on the great service too - I had arranged for a package to be delivered on the day of my stay and they'd sent it up to my room by the time I arrived; they were also very responsive in the correspondence to arrange for the delivery! Thank you!

The staff were fabulous The hotel was clean and modern. We had the room with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. So much fitted into a very small space.
