The fine print
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.- For guests staying 6 nights, we will exchange towels and collect garbage in the trash can. No room cleaning.
- For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the above.
*If you wish to exchange towels or collect garbage from the trash can, please stick the cleaning magnet provided inside the guest room door on the corridor side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 am.
- For guests requesting additinal room cleaning, JPY 1,500 per time will be charged.Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.Charges apply for late check-out after 11:00. Please note, fees will differ based on the time of check-out.■Notice of exterior wall construction

It is exceptionally located for my needs. It is very good clean comfortable hotel but has not catering however excellent room facilities to enable you to make a simple breakfast. Along with washing.

very well located (the area, although quite far from central tokyo was really nice), room very clean and with a kitchen and washing machine that I did not use but could've been useful. Coffee machine in the lobby was a real plus.
