The fine print
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge.Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.In the case of consecutive nights, "simple cleaning" is a request system. If you wish, please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door.
Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.If the stay is 7 nights or more, "room cleaning" will be done once a week in addition to the above simple cleaning. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.

We booked & paid including breakfast but didn't get it found out on arrival not doing breakfasts any more was given vouchers for local shops but didn't find any that accepted the

Laundry machine in room, 24h vending machine in lobby, choice over when/what cleaning service, nice bed room. Awesome location.
