The fine print
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge.Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.In the case of consecutive nights, "simple cleaning" is a request system. If you wish, please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door.
Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.If the stay is 7 nights or more, "room cleaning" will be done once a week in addition to the above simple cleaning. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.

Close to train station close to the shops had a washing and dryer together so you can do the washing before going out and by the time you get back it’s all dry. It had a lot of space.

The hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the Gotanda Station, and since the Yamanote Line stops there, you can get to any part of Tokyo really fast. There's also a few fast food restaurants, cafes and a 7-eleven nearby. However, there were never any big crowds, so it seemed ideal for us since it was our first time in Tokyo and we had to learn how to get around the city. The staff was really nice and helpful, the check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed, they even offered free coffee and soda in the lobby! However, what impressed us the most was the hair dryer - my hair is on reaches past mid-back and it was dry within 10 minutes. All in all, it surpassed all our expectations and the price was more than great!
