Staff was so kind! Very informative and even offered to help walk me to a luggage delivery service and translate for me. Room was excellent, super clean and comfortable. Gorgeous view of the Tokyo Sky Tree from my balcony. I adored my stay here and I hope I can come again!

Nice little hotel in a good location. The hotel is a short walk from Nippori station, so it is easy access to/from airports and other parts of the city. The room was small, but that was to be expected. We still had space for a couple of suitcases though. The room came with a fridge, which was very useful given there are no breakfast facilities at the hotel. Staff were friendly.
